Useful Information
Most attractions are available via public transportation such as trains, buses and subways, if you don’t mind a little walking.
Single-ride train and bus tickets usually cost around ¥160-240.
A one-day pass covering most central subway lines costs ¥1000.
Taxi fares begin at ¥710 for up to 2km.
A longer cross-town trip costs around ¥3500-4500.
The Fine Print
The cost of the tour and guide’s expenses must be paid in cash.
Prices include tax.
Prices do not include meals, transportation, entrance fees, travel insurance or any other costs incurred during the tour.
Payment for these costs must be paid by the tour group during the tour.
If the guide joins your group for a meal, the group is responsible for the cost of the meal.
Extensions beyond the tour length will be accepted at the discretion of the guide. Extension prices are rounded up to the next 2-hour interval (e.g. a 4 1/2 hour tour costs the same as a 6 hour tour).
If your hotel is located outside Tokyo’s 23 wards, we request you pay the guide’s transportation fee to your hotel.
